Head injuries are taken on a serious note by the cricketing world

“During practice, a ball hit directly at the left parietal area (head) of Mustafizur Rahman. There was an open wound at his parietal area and we worked with a compression bandage to stop bleeding and immediately shifted him to Imperial Hospital,” Victorians’ physio SM Zahidul Islam Sazal said.

In the cricketing world head injuries have taken on a serious note since the incident of Australian batter Phil Huges’ death. The medical team of every country has treated head injury as the main priority.

Mustafizur Rahman played an important role for the team as the Comilla Victorians are placed second in the current Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) points table. Comilla Victorians will miss his services as the league is getting more intense day by day.
