WATCH: Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover reunite after six years for new comedy show on Netflix
Top comedians Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover seemed to have ended their 5-year-old spat. The two are coming together for a new comedy show to be featured in Netflix. The other characters in the show are Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Rajiv Thakur, and Archana Puran Singh.
Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover had a huge falling out in 2017 during an overseas tour. The two had a much-publicized spat after which Sunil Grover left ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. After the acrimony both the parties made up but refrained themselves from working together.
India’s ace comedians reunite for Netflix show –
Netflix is set to launch a new show with Kapil Sharma which will also see a reunion of sorts. Sunil Grover is set to work with the ace comedian 5 long years after their huge falling out which saw them part ways.

The OTT platform released a short video where the two comedians is seen announcing the start of the show. Sunil Grover is heard saying “Australia ko rehne dete hai”. Taking a witty dig at the pair’s fight which happened in the flight during a tour down under.
Other stars like Krushna Abhishek, Archana Puran Singh, Kiku Sharda, and Rajiv Thakur are also set to be part of the show. Details are still awaited on what the show is about but it is supposed to be streamed to over 190 nations. At the end of the clip, Kapil Sharma is heard saying “Ab Parivar poora hua”, which translates to The family is complete now.
Sunil Grover was known to play a variety of roles during his association with the Kapil Sharma Show. Dr. Mashoor Gulati, a famous character was known to be witty and quirky with the Doctors’ coat and unkempt hair. The comedian also played the role of Rinku Bhabhi which also gained a lot of fans.
The Kapil Sharma show has been a huge staple for a lot of fans for their weekend laughs and the show is currently on its yearly sabbatical. The show has seen big movie stars, sportspersons, and on occasion, people from politics and arts have participated. The skits and people interaction with the stars have also gained immense popularity.
