Abhimanyu Mithun’s no-ball spurs controversy
However, the tournament has been embroiled in controversy following a questionable incident during a match between the Northern Warriors and the Chennai Braves. Former Indian pacer, Abhimanyu Mithun’s, representing the Warriors, delivered an unbelievable no-ball in the 5th over of the second innings. His foot went way beyond the line, something that doesn’t look like a blunder either. The delivery has sparked speculation about the possibility of match-fixing.
The video of the no-ball has sent shockwaves through the cricketing world, with fans and experts alike expressing disbelief and suspicion over the bowler’s actions. Mithun’s seemingly deliberate overstepping has sparked accusations of foul play and raised concerns about the integrity of the Abu Dhabi T10 league.
Mithun, who has represented India in 4 Tests and 5 ODIs, has not yet addressed the allegations made against him by fans.
