‘Virat Kohli, who all are there?’- Ishan Kishan ends the Fab 4 debate with a cheeky answer
Ishan Kishan is one of the hottest commodities in the cricket world these days. The Bihar-born southpaw has already written his name into the history books with a sensational ODI double century against Bangladesh earlier this month.
Not just that, but the batter also broke the record for the second most expensive player when Mumbai bought the southpaw for INR 15 Crore in the Indian T20 League auction of 2022.
His graph is following an upward trajectory as the batter continues to perform whenever given the chase. Kishan has been knocking on the door of the Indian national team and is set to make his seat in the playing XI permanent.
The batter has accredited Virat Kohli for his success on the national side. After scoring the double hundred Kishan was all praise for Kohli’s help throughout his innings. He had said that Kohli kept on reminding him to play easy and take singles and doubles and not go for big hits. Kohli was also the first to celebrate Ishan Kishan’s century. Naturally, the respect between the two is immense.
A new video has solidified the respect even further after Kishan was asked to rank Fab 4. The Fab 4, for those who don’t know is a term given to the quartet of Virat Kohli, Steve Smith, Kane Williamson, and Joe Root.
With a cheeky response, Kishan has cleared what he thinks of the comparison in a funny manner. When the interviewer asks, “What would be your order across the format.”
Kishan said, “Virat Kohli, who all are there?”
