Top three goalkeepers to watch out for in Indian Super League Season nine

Being a goalkeeper is the toughest job on the football field. Even though they are allowed to use their hands, they have to be alert all the time as any lapse in concentration could change the result of a game. The goalkeeper does a thankless job on the field and the team’s fortunes are dependent on them all the time. On that note, here’s a look at the top three goalkeepers to watch out for in the season of ISL 9.

1. Laxmikant Kattimani:

He has been making waves ever since he made his debut for FC Goa. He was second on the charts when it came to the most saves made in back-to-back seasons in 2015 and 2016. He then switched bases to Hyderabad FC in 2019.
In season 7 of the ISL, he became the first-choice goalkeeper.

He kept six clean sheets in fourteen games and he conceded less than one goal per game. Laxmikant Kattimani has represented Hyderabad 33 times and has made 75 saves while keeping seven clean sheets.
