The former German player Oliver Kahn is remembered for his stint with Bayern Munich, which lasted 14 years. He was also part of the 2002 World Cup team which lost the final. However, he was the winner of the Golden Ball in the mega event.
During his career, he won six DFB-Pokal tournaments, eight Bundesligas, one UEFA Cup, a sole UEFA Champions League, and an Intercontinental Cup. He also finished third in the voting for both the 2001 and 2002 Ballon d’Or awards.
