The Kookaburra ball is widely used in Australian cricket circles. During recent years the Kookaburra has coped with some flak especially in Test match cricket as its ‘seam’ became less pronounced and the ball was not of great help to the bowlers in the longer format of the game after a short period. The Kookaburra is made with the highest quality leather and it comes with 7 fine stitches around it. The Kookaburra at one point in time used to be in operation in Indian domestic cricket circles.
