It happened in the 2018 Asia Cup in Dubai. On a tricky wicket to bat on, Afghanistan batted first and managed to score 252 runs in their 50 overs for the loss of 8 wickets. Mohammad Shahzad was the best performer for Afghanistan, who scored 124 runs in 116 balls. The Indian top 3 batters laid a good platform for the chase. KL Rahul and Ambati Rayudu scored fifties. But a collapse in the middle overs phase led to a thrilling tie between the two teams. It is the only tied match in the history of the Asia Cup.
