Kumar Sangakkara, the legendary southpaw from Sri Lanka previously held the record courtesy of his four hundreds in the 2015 edition of the tournament which was held in Australia and New Zealand. What makes his achievement even bigger is the fact that the centuries came in consecutive matches.
