4. Ricky Ponting
Ricky Ponting made his mark right from early on as a young cricketer from Tasmania. For his massive contributions to Australian cricket, he was paid rich tribute when a statue of his was erected at the Belrive Oval in Hobart. Ponting himself revealed the statue ahead of the first Test between Australia and West Indies in 2015. Ponting scored 13378 Test runs in 167 matches. He scored 41 hundred and 62 fifties in the white flannels for the Kangaroos.
