India won the third T20I against West Indies by 7 wickets to stay alive in the series. A collective bowling effort from the Indian lineup restricted the home side to a total of 159 on a good wicket in Guyana. Kuldeep Yadav’s sensational bowling spell with some support from other bowlers like Hardik Pandya, Axar Patel, and Yuzvendra Chahal helped India to restrict West Indies to a par score.
Chasing the target, India was in trouble after losing both the openers early. Jaiswal was dismissed for just a run on his debut and Gill scored only 6 runs. Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma steadied the ship and framed a crucial 87-run partnership for the third wicket. The duo helped India almost seal the game by their might. Suryakumar Yadav was at his best and played a splendid knock.
The unorthodox batter hit the bowlers all around the park and scored 83 runs in 44 balls which included 10 fours and 4 sixes. On the other end, Tilak Varma dropped anchor and batted through the innings. As Yadav was undone by West Indies, Hardik Pandya joined the youngster and ensured that the Indian team chased the total safely. In the end, India won the match by 7 wickets.

After the match, Hardik Pandya interacted with some of the fans. The India captain was seen enjoying some time with his fans. Pandya signed some of the balls and gave them to some of the fans. The gesture of the Indian all-rounder was praised by the fans, who had a moment to remember. Hardik gave a signed ball to one of the female fans who was in the stands.
The Indian team travelled to Lauderhill, Guyana, a beautiful stadium located in the United States of America, where the remaining two T20Is would be played. After the third T20I, the Indian captain was criticized by the fans for not letting the youngster finish the game. Pandya finished the game in style with a six.
