Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal offers world record deal for Kylian Mbappe
The French Football star Kylian Mbappe is one of the best footballers in the world. It takes a huge amount to have such a player play for a club. Paris Saint Germain had offered the French athlete a whopping 166 million euros to play for them. The World Champion made a move to PSG from Monaco in 2018.
In two World Cups for France, Mbappe performed extremely well, almost similar to the legendary late Pele of Brazil. Recently, PSG left Kylian out of their 24-member squad which was to tour Japan. Reportedly, PSG is ready to sell Mbappe if the youngster is not ready to sign a new contract. Popular opinions are that the golden boot winner of the 2022 FIFA World Cup is interested in joining Real Madrid.
The President of PSG, Nasser al-Khelaifi, had recently said in his statement that if Kylian does not sign the contract, they would sell him for a different club. Nasser said “If Kylian wants to stay, we want him to stay. But he needs to sign a new contract. We don’t want to lose the best player in the world for free; we can’t do that” in his statement.
Record offer for Kylian Mbappe
Following the statements of the President of PSG and the wish of Mbappe, new deals are being offered to the French sensation. The biggest of them is from a Saudi Arabia club named Al-Hilal, which is ready to buy Mbappe for a world record amount of 300 million Euros. The Saudi club has also accepted to pay the money for a single season, which might potentially change the dynamics of finances in Football.
Al-Hilal is ready to take the challenge to get one of the best players in the world. The club had also offered Argentine legend Lionel Messi an offer of 350 million euros per season to join them. But the captain of Argentina chose Inter Miami. With a lot of options ahead of the youngster, it will be interesting to see the choice of the 2018 World Cup winner.
