Sara Ali Khan recreates father Saif Ali Khan’s iconic scene from his cult classic film Dil Chahta Hai!
Sara Ali Khan, an actress, released a new video of herself that instantly brings to mind the famous scene from her father Saif Ali Khan‘s movie Dil Chahta Hai. The video appears to be a teaser for a forthcoming commercial. Farah Khan has additionally shared the video.
Sara appears in the video dressed as a bride, wearing an ivory lehenga. She’s on the phone with someone named Sanjay. However, the person doesn’t give her any room to speak, much like in the scene from ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ where Saif Ali Khan tried to talk to his girlfriend Priya. “Who is this Sanjay, and why has he got @saraalikhan95 so worked up?” Farah wrote, sharing the video.

Many social media users responded to the video by expressing nostalgia for Saif’s movie. “She proves why we love and like Saif’s natural acting,” one of them wrote. “What is Dil Chahta hai Part 2 coming?” enquired another user. “So sweet @saraalikhan95 recreating your father’s scene,” another commenter said.
Saif and Amrita Singh had their first child, Sara Ali Khan. Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif and Amrita, is soon to debut in Bollywood. In 2004, Saif and Amrita broke up. The next film featuring Sara is the original film Ae Watan Mere Watan on Prime Video. Usha Mehta, a fictional freedom fighter, will be portrayed by Sara Ali Khan in the lead role.
