Rohit Shetty hopes ‘Golmaal 5’ of growing huge

Rohit Shetty has wished to see ‘Golmaal 5’ being made on a huge scale. The star director is known for his works that are made for the big screen. After ‘Suryavamshi’, Shetty has moved to the OTT platforms, where he will be seen coming with his upcoming venture as a director in ‘Indian Police Force’. The web series stars several top names in the industry.

The likes of Vivek Oberoi, Shilpa Shetty, and Siddharth Malhotra will be seen in the Rohit Shetty directorial. The poster for the same was released months back. The fans are also excited about his other upcoming ventures. In the latest interview, Rohit talked about his upcoming ventures like the cop universe and ‘Golmaal 5’. In the show, Rohit gave his thoughts about the 5th instalment of the movie.

Rohit revealed that the script work is going on for ‘Golmaal 5’ and will be made soon after the completion of ‘Singham Returns’. Given the demand for the franchise, Rohit felt that he had a tough task ahead of him. Shetty revealed that the movie might be released 2 years after the announcement, which is likely to happen later this year.  He also gave some additional details about the movie.

Rohit Shetty wishes to expand the scale of ‘Golmaal 5’

Rohit claimed that he would like the movie to come out on a huge scale, given the demand for the movie. Shetty assured fans that the scale of ‘Golmaal 5’ would be of a different level compared to the previous instalments of the movie. Shetty has also expressed his wish to explore topics outside of the cop universe. The star director wished to experiment with the screenplay like he did with Chennai Express starring Shah Rukh Khan.

Rohit would be hoping to make a comeback as a director in 2024. His ‘Indian Police Force’ will be out on the OTT platforms from the 19th of January. Further, his ‘Singham Returns’ is slated to release later this year. The movie will star several star actors in special roles like Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, and others. Some of them have been a part of the Cop universe.
