Middle Order and Allrounders
The middle order will feature the likes of Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya. Kohli will play the sheath anchor role and bat through the innings at 3. At 4, Suryakumar will be a vital part of that order with his 360-degree skills. Pandya will play the finisher’s role at 5. Shahbaz Ahmed and Washington Sundar will give added depth in the lower-middle order with the bat. The middle order could be tested if the top order is dismissed early.
