The upcoming Test series signifies a fresh start for the Pakistani cricket team, as they embark on this new chapter under the leadership of newly appointed captain, Shan Masood, who takes the helm following Babar Azam’s resignation. Pakistan unveiled an 18-member squad for the series, featuring promising newcomers Saim Ayub and Khurram Shahzad. It has also led to outrage among the Pakistani fans, who slammed both the Pakistan Cricket Board and Cricket Australia for their perceived negligence. Disgruntled fans took to social media to express their disappointment, with many accusing the PCB for failing to adequately prepare for the team’s arrival and ensure their comfort. Others criticized CA for not providing the necessary support to the Pakistani contingent, labeling their behavior to be unsuitable as hosts.
