Laziest XI of all time in cricket
Some great cricketers were lazy in the field.
10. Chris Gayle

The former West Indian star batter Chris Gayle was sensational as a batter, especially in T20 cricket. The entertaining cricketer was an aggressive batter and knew how to smash the bowlers for fun. In Test cricket, Gayle had a compact technique and succeeded due to his hand-eye coordination. The star cricketer was also capable of bowling some overs.
But as a fielder, Gayle is ill-remembered as a slow mover. It would not be wrong to say that Gayle was one of the fielders who put the least effort into the field. The 43-year-old was lazy in the field. There were instances where Gayle did not even put effort into stopping the ball from travelling toward the boundary ropes, which should have been stopped otherwise.
