Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad clashed swords with each other at the Chepauk in Chennai on Friday. CSK won the toss and opted to bowl at their den. Although, the Orange Army got off to a good start, they never got going and the middle order could not come good.
SRH could only manage 134-7 in their 20 overs. It was an easy chase for CSK in the end as they won the game with eight balls to spare. However, the big highlight happened after the game. The players from both sides got together after the game was finished.
A video of the SRH’s youngsters crowding around MS Dhoni has gone viral. In the video, Dhoni could be seen giving out his pearls of wisdom while all the youngsters were listening intently and soaking in as much as they can from MS Dhoni. There are a lot of reports saying that this season of the IPL could be MS Dhoni’s last one.

Ravindra Jadeja was the hero for CSK with the ball as he picked up the wickets of Abhishek Sharma, Rahul Tripathi and Mayank Agarwal. CSK had a great record of 3-0 against SRH coming into the game.
Now that record has been bettered and it stands at 4-0 at the Chepauk. Devon Conway was the hero for the bat with CSK as he orchestrated a well-made unbeaten 77 off 57 balls with 12 fours and one six.
Conway received support from Ruturaj Gaikwad, who made an uncharacteristic 35 off 30 balls with two fours. CSK have defeated SRH yet again and won another game at their home ground. There were some bizarre decisions made by the SRH management with regards to the batting order. This came back to haunt them. They sent Mayank Agarwal at number 6 which is a very unlikely position for him.
With this win, CSK have vaulted to third place in the points table and now have eight points in their kitty. SRH have gone down to number nine which is not good news for the Hyderabad fans. The IPL however continues to chug along and amaze the Indian cricket fans.
