Raj Limbani was one of the highest wicket-takers in the recently concluded U-19 World Cup in South Africa and has impressed many with the figures of 3/38 in the World Cup final against Australia. Mohammed Shami’s beautiful seam position and swing at a brisk pace have been his forte and Limbani also swings the ball at a good pace which makes him another apt replacement for Mohammed Shami.

Given the young age of Limbani, Gujarat management would like to rope him into their squad at a young age and groom him for the future like many successful franchises did in the past.
