IPL 2023 to have closing ceremony mid match, Nucleya, Divine and King to perform at Narendra Modi Stadium

The Indian Premier League 2023 has been a tournament to savour as the quality of cricket has been top-notch. The fans in India and around the world have been treated to a terrific set of matches in a short two-month duration. All the games in the IPL 2023 have been mind-bowling and have kept fans on the edge of their seats. The home-and-away format returned to the IPL after a three-year gap.  This IPL has been very dramatic and exciting to watch.

The Indian Cricket Board has decided to host a closing ceremony which will signify the end of the tournament. There will be a closing ceremony which will be held on the day of the final, but the catch is that it will take place mid-innings. The IPL has taken inspiration from the NFL Superbowl and will use that model. As per reports, the closing ceremony will feature two artists Vivian Divine and Nucleya. The two stars will perform on the night of the IPL final and have confirmed the same from their official Twitter account. While Divine will perform mid-show, Nucleya will entertain the fans from 6:30 PM. In addition King and Jonita Gandhi will also perform during the finals.

After the first innings of the final, Divine will take the stage and do his magic for twenty minutes. In IPL 2022, Ranveer Singh and AR Rahaman set the stage on fire with their performances, but they have not confirmed their participation in IPL 2023.  The Indian Cricket Board are planning to get other stars on board for the big event in addition to the two rappers.

Divine, India’s most popular rapper has given many hits such as Farak, Chal Bombay, Punya Paap, and Azaadi, while Nucleya will feature in the opening ceremony. The rapper has given many hit songs. The IPL has had 15 editions so far. It has always been a big part of the Indian cricket ecosystem since 2008. The tournament has helped find upcoming talents and keep the bloodline of Indian cricket flowing.

The tournament will come to an end on the 28th of May. Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians will be going head-to-head in the second qualifier. GT won an IPL title in their debut season while MI have won the IPL five times. They have been one of the most consistent sides in the tournament.
