‘I am going mad, the film is insane’ – Fans review the Ranbir Kapoor starrer action-blockbuster film ‘Animal’

Animal, Ranbir Kapoor’s latest film, opened to thunderous applause from both his fans and moviegoers. Fans and moviegoers were captivated by Ranbir Kapoor’s performance as Ranvijay Singh, a young man who sets out to seek vengeance after tragedy strikes his family. Animal, according to a fan, is one of Ranbir Kapoor‘s best works to date. “I’m not sure what to say about Ranbir’s performance, or what part of Ranbir’s performance I should mention, or how much explaining it will describe how good he is. It will never suffice. He’s truly insane here, insane,” said the fan. The formula is to package the basic rich father-son, danger from enemies, and revenge from a villain saga in a stylish way backed by pumping BGM, but the goal of proving masculinity with every scene grates like nothing else. The story feels like it’s set in the 1990s, and it’s nothing without Ranbir Kapoor. The film is the ideal vehicle for a massy star.
