Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in legal trouble by an IAF officer for their kissing scene in Fighter

Fighter, starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, gets into legal issues because of a kissing scene in the film. Regarding a kissing scene in Fighter, an IAF officer allegedly sent a legal notice to the filmmakers, according to India TV. The officer claimed that because uniforms represent the highest standards of discipline and sacrifice, kissing while in them was disrespectful.

It said, “It represents the highest standards of selflessness, self-control, and unwavering commitment to defending our country. By employing this hallowed emblem in a scene that encourages romantic involvement on a personal level. The film egregiously misrepresents its innate dignity and minimises the enormous sacrifices made by innumerable officers while they served our country.”

The statement added, “Furthermore, it normalises improper behaviour in uniform, creating a risky precedent that undercuts the moral and ethical standards required of those tasked with defending our borders, the statement continued. Despite being portrayed as romantic, sharing a kiss in uniform on a runway that falls under the jurisdiction of a technical area is deemed extremely inappropriate. It is unworthy of an IAF officer because it goes against the strict expectations of decorum and discipline placed on them.”

For those who don’t know, Hrithik and Deepika’s characters share a kiss at the film’s conclusion after winning a battle. The two are wearing uniforms from the Air Force.
