โEk century ke baad itna attitude- Fans angry after Rohit Sharma fumes at cameraman for showing his face instead of DRS footage
India defeated Australia by a big margin of an inning and 123 runs. This was the third biggest win for India in terms of innings victories. The World Number Two Test side was too good for the Kangaroos as the Indian spinners ran riot in just two and a half days. India has taken a 1-0 lead going into the second Test at Delhi.
During the Day Three of the match, Ravichandran Ashwin appealed for an lbw decision against Peter Handscomb. The on-field umpire ruled it not out. The home team decided to challenge the call in the form of DRS. The cameras immediately panned on Rohit Sharma to catch his reaction. This made him angry.
He made an immediate gesture to the cameraperson where he appeared to say why are the cameras pointing to his face when they need to be showing the review. This gesture from the India skipper immediately went viral on social media. The 2021 World Test Championship finalists dominated the Aussies from start to finish during the first Test in Nagpur.
