On Monday, the pre-release event for the upcoming Bollywood film Animal was held at Hyderabad’s Malla Reddy University. The gathering was the largest ever in a South Indian city for an original Hindi film. Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and hit filmmaker SS Rajamouli deserve credit for this unprecedented turnout. The superstars of the Hindi film industry were able to witness the craze that Mahesh and Rajamouli commanded among the young audience. Without a doubt, the Animal pre-release event was a huge success, giving the film a significant boost in Telugu states.

However, as the Bollywood stars immersed themselves in the celebratory atmosphere, there were a number of awkward moments. Bobby Deol was caught recording filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s speech, in which he thanked the chief guests for their support. However, things became awkward when Bobby got a little creative and moved the camera below Sandeep’s belt. It’s fair to say that this was the pinnacle of awareness at the Animal pre-release event. The netizens have poured in some hilarious reactions to the viral video. Check them out below.

Bobby Deol made things awkward:

The film, which is set to be released on December 1, has already sold more than 1,30,000 tickets, outselling Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s Tiger 3. While PVR-INOX reported 1,04,000 Animal ticket sales, Cinepolis has sold over 24,000 so far. The movie is expected to gross Rs 50 crore at the box office. The buzz surrounding Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming film is out of this world. Fans are ecstatic to witness the magic created by ace filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Previously, the makers piqued the audience’s interest and left them wanting more with its mega epic trailer. Animal stars Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Tripti Dimitri. The plot revolves around a son’s desperate attempt to gain approval from his toxic father. His vengeance stems from long-standing issues with his father.

Sam Bahadur, directed by Meghna Gulzar, will clash with the pan-India film. Vicky Kaushal plays war hero Sam Manekshaw in the biopic, which also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh as late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Sanya Malhotra as Sam’s wife, Silloo.
