Did You Know? Naagin actress Mouni Roy once was not on talking terms with her co-star!
Showtime, an OTT series on Dharmatic that will soon debut on Disney+ Hotstar, stars Mouni Roy. The actress’s move from television to films has gone really well. Although she debuted in 2018 with Reema Kagti’s Gold, it wasn’t until 2022 that she gained true recognition with Brahmastra. The character of Junoon was vividly portrayed by Mouni Roy.
Supporters are eager to see her in the follow-up as well as in roles showcasing her amazing dancing abilities. With Naagin on TV, she won over everyone’s affection. After becoming an enormous hit in 2015, the series spawned a six-season run. However, did you know that during the filming of Naagin, Mouni Roy and Arjun Bijlani hardly got along? Yes, the actress has acknowledged that fact.

The on-screen duo of Mouni’s Shivanya and Arjun Bijlani’s Ritik Raheja was adored by viewers. They had amazing chemistry and looked fantastic. However, she acknowledged that they were constantly at odds. What was the cause? Not much, just that the Naagin shoot was excessively demanding and raised emotions.
She admitted to having numerous arguments with him to Bollywood Hungama. “We have known each other for ages, and we used to fight all the time during the first season of Naagin 1. The show was really intense.”
It appears that they would spend 16 to 18 hours in Film City shooting barefoot. She would be worn out from walking through the woods and dancing a lot. Maybe most of the time, this left them frustrated and fatigued. But as they collaborated, their relationship grew stronger. Mouni Roy and his spouse, Neha Swami, are also close friends.
She frequently attends his gatherings, and vice versa. Whenever they come up with a new project, Arjun Bijlani and she are the first to encourage one another. He attended her marriage in Goa as well. Well, this is one TV town friendship that we all adore!
