On Dussehra, Shahid Kapoor showed off the first glimpse from his upcoming movie, Deva, as a treat to his fans. He added that the movie will be released on Dussehra the following year. Therefore, the movie is all set to hit the theaters on October 11, 2024. The actor sports a more masculine appearance, sporting a stubble, shorter hair, and a white shirt and beige pants that make him look dapper.

Shahid appears to be portraying a police officer in Deva based on his attire. Additionally, he is seen donning a pendant that resembles a ring. In Deva, Shahid co-stars with Pooja Hegde. Rosshan Andrews, who directed Malayalam hits like Salute and Kayamkulam Kochunni, is the director of this film. The producers claim that Deva centers on a bright but disobedient police detective looking into a well-known case. He discovers a web of deceit and treachery as he investigates the case further, setting off on an exciting and perilous journey.

A few days ago, Pooja Hegde was spotted posing with Shahid, director Roshan Andrews, and producer Siddharth Roy Kapur in a photo shared on Instagram by production company Roy Kapur Films. Shahid is currently improving his physical appearance as well. He posted an Instagram photo from the gym a few days ago. In the photo, he was standing in front of a dumbbell rack, flexing his biceps.
