CSK Star pacer Deepak Chahar accuses renowned food delivering company of fraud
The Chennai Super Kings are one of the top teams in the Indian Premier League(IPL). With 5 titles to their name, they are currently the best team in the league so far. They will be going into the 2024 season as defending champions and will be playing their opening game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore. This will be a most awaited game where we will get to see some big legends go head-to-head.
There are a lot of CSK players we are looking forward to seeing in the upcoming season like MS Dhoni, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway. However, the player who will be one of the most watched is the men in yellow specialist bowler Deepak Chahar. The 31-year-old paceman had to miss most of the last season due to injury and will be looking forward to doing well. Chahar is one of the highest wicket takers for the Super Kings taking over 70 wickets in 73 games in the league.
Chahar fraud case
Recently Chahar wrote a viral post on X regarding the problem he had with renowned food delivery app Zomato. Chahar stated in the post saying “ new fraud in India. Ordered food from @zomato and the app shows delivered but didn’t receive anything. After calling customer service they also said that it’s been delivered and m lying. M sure a lot of people must be facing the same issues. Tag @zomato and tell your story.” These words created a lot of tension on social media as soon as they came.
This might not be the issue Chahar would want to face while he is preparing for his comeback in the upcoming IPL season. It is still great to see the 31-year-old pacer take a stand against one of the biggest food-delivering companies in the world. Chahar will want this issue to be solved really soon. We hope that this does not affect the upcoming season of the CSK pacer. The culprits in this case should be brought to justice straight away.
