The filmmakers have pulled off a casting coup by casting Arjun Rampal along with Vidyut. However, did the movie work on the big screens and meet the audience’s expectations? The answer to these questions will be explained in this honest Crakk movie review.

Storyline: A daredevil boy from the slums named Siddharth (Vidyut) wants to compete in the extreme sports competition Maidaan in order to transform his life. He learns the mysteries surrounding his brother’s passing as he ventures into Maidaan’s shadowy realm. Will Siddharth be able to learn the truth about his brother’s whereabouts and make it through Maidaan’s boss, Dev (Arjun Rampal), in the ultimate death match? This is Crakk’s fundamental idea.

Crakk movie review:

With Vidyut pulling off daring stunts on a moving train, ‘Crakk- Jeetegaa Toh Jiyegaa’ gets off to a promising start. The film captures your interest from the very beginning and unfortunately becomes a bad mashup of ‘Death Race’, ‘Luck’, andKhatron Ke Khiladi as it goes on.

The 156-minute movie centres on a tournament in an undisclosed location and features three races with an extremely predictable plot. The world and the characters are introduced by the director quite quickly, but he is unable to establish a deep emotional bond with the protagonist. The plot of Crakk revolves around some amazing stunts and includes a hint of a murder mystery. However, the action loses all of its impact because of how cliche and weak the plot is.

The screenplay of Crackk is predictable and has a weak script, which is its biggest flaw. Sadly, Crakk is one of those Vidyut movies that is frequently referred to as “old wine in a new bottle.” A movie will fall flat if it is centred around three or four action scenes without a compelling narrative. Together with Aditya, Rehan Khan, and Sarim Momin, Vidyut co-wrote the story, but they were unable to give the movie a soul.

It’s clear that Crakk wants to appeal to a specific niche of people who have a taste for these extreme sports and action, rather than just inviting all adrenaline addicts to experience the kick. But in the process, it overreaches and diverges numerous times.
