Pakistan’s slow over rate

After scoring a par total of 147, the Babar-led side did an amazing job of creating a match out of it. The bowlers maintained constant pressure and took timely wickets. The surface was not the best for batting and when India required 32 runs off the last three overs, the game could have drifted either way. But courtesy of their poor over-rate, they had to bring an extra fielder in the ring.
The Men in Green, at a crucial stage, gave India an advantage and the Indian batters cashed in. Hardik and Jadeja scored timely boundaries and got India over the line. If the Men in Green had been disciplined with their over-rate, the match could have been even tighter.
