‘Ash anna content ka king hai’ – Fans in splits as Ashwin and Jadeja recreate Akshay Kumar’s iconic ‘Deewane Huye Paagal’ scene

India drew the fourth Test in Ahmedabad and won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2-1. This is the fourth time on the spin India defeated Australia in the Test series. In the fourth Test, it was all about runs. Australia racked up a big total of 480 in the first innings on the back of Usman Khawaja’s stellar knock of 180 off 422 balls with 21 fours. The Test match went on for five days.

After the match ended, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja the spin twins put together a reel that has gone viral on social media. In the video, the duo recreate Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s Hera Pheri scene. They also danced to ‘Naatu Naatu’ from ‘RRR’. it won the best original song award from the Oscars. it is the first song from an Indian production to win in that category. it had earlier won the best original song award at the Golden Globes in January.

Speaking of the Ahmedabad Test, Australia had contributions from Cameron Green who made a stroke-filled 114 off 170 balls with 18 fours. It was a maiden Test ton for the all-rounder.  Nathan Lyon scored 34 off 96 balls with six fours.  Todd Murphy made 41 off 61 balls with five fours.

For India, it was all about Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli with the bat. Gill scored 128 off 235 balls with 12 fours and one six. This was his second Test century. Kohli scored a sublime 186 off 364 balls with 15 fours. This was the former India captains 28th Test hundred. Kohli scored a Test ton after a gap of 1205 days. There was a huge sigh of relief on his face when he reached the landmark. Ashwin picked up 6-91 on a placid wicket. His amazing bowling spell was praised by one and all.

India had recorded a dominating win at Nagpur by an innings and 132 runs. At Delhi, the match could have gone either way but, Jadeja with his 7-42 put the Australians to submission in a session. Australia fought back with a 9-wicket win at Indore, but it was not enough.
