Animal fame Triptii Dimri replaces Kiara Advani in Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3!
Actor Kartik Aaryan introduced Triptii Dimri as his new co-star, hours after hinting at the identity of a new “mystery girl” for his upcoming movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Kartik shared a puzzle piece featuring a woman’s face on Instagram on Wednesday. The cropped picture, which was kept on a table with candles, a lantern, a lock, and a key, revealed a happy girl. A card next to it bore the name of the movie.
Kartik finally revealed that the character who will appear in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is Triptii Dimri, who last appeared in the Ranbir Kapoor film Animal (2023). On Wednesday, Kartik wrote on Instagram, “Welcome to the World of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 🤙🏻@tripti_dimri.” Kartik wrote an additional caption alongside the photo, “A chilling smile that instills terror in hearts. Solve kijiye is Bhool Bhulaiyaa ko (Solve this Bhool Bhulaiyaa) #Bb3MysteryGirl (ghose emoji) #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 (call me hand emoji) #Diwali2024.”

Actor Vidya Balan, who played Manjulika in the psychological horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007), made a comeback to the franchise earlier this month. Vidya was welcomed on board by Kartik, who starred in the second part and will also be seen in a lead role in the third. Kartik also released an edited version of the video, which incorporated images of Kartik from the second part with Vidya’s well-known Manjulika from the first instalment. The third segment will be directed by Anees Bazmee, who oversaw the second. Directed by Priyadarshan, Akshay Kumar and Vidya starred in the first segment.
Kartik, Tabu, and Kiara Advani shared screen time in the second segment. Producer Bhushan Kumar was quoted by news agency ANI saying, “The Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise holds a special place in our hearts, and I’m very happy to be taking it forward with a creative mind like Anees and an incredible talent like Kartik.” Kumar expressed his excitement about expanding the franchise. We’re going to work together to create a cinematic experience that will pay tribute to the franchise’s history while also giving the audience twice as much joy and laughter.” This Diwali, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will be released.
