After Salaar, Find out why Prabhas is taking a BREAK from the film industry!
Following the great reception to his most recent film project, ‘Salaar‘, actor Prabhas is taking some time off to refocus and re-energize. We’ve been informed that he will be taking a brief vacation and returning to his projects in March. According to a source, “he’ll also use the break, to concentrate on his health.”
A source revealed, “Prabhas is truly speechless about the reception his film Salaar has received. For him, the reaction is especially meaningful because it follows consecutive setbacks in his professional life. He wants to take a break and refocus his thoughts on how he wants to advance his career because it has given him newfound energy and focus.”
The insider continues, “That’s the reason he took a short break of about a month, and he plans to resume work in the month of March. His upcoming projects include Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit and Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD, starring Deepika Padukone and Amitabh, in addition to Maruthi’s The Raja Saab, which stars Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal. He is off the radar when it comes to work until March when he will begin working on everything else.”
Prabhas to concentrate on his health:
According to some recent reports, “He did not recover completely from the injury. So he might need to have another surgery in Europe. His health will be the top priority during the break without endorsing or discounting the rumours.”
Apart from this, On January 20, Netflix began to stream ‘Salaar’ the epic action film starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Following its December 22, 2023, theatrical debut, the film has amassed over Rs 600 crore in box office receipts worldwide. ‘Salaar’ is directed by Prashanth Neel, who is most known for his critically acclaimed ‘KGF‘ series.
The main character in ‘Salaar’ is a gang leader named Deva (Prabhas), who is attempting to keep a promise he made to his friend Vardha (Prithviraj), the rightful prince of the powerful city-state of Khansaar. Deva helps Vardha become Khansaar’s queen, but their friendship might not endure long as these childhood friends learn the truth about their true backgrounds from political intrigues and criminal gangs.
