In the ongoing 24th game of the IPL 2023, Royal Challengers Bangalore is hosting Chennai Super Kings in Bengaluru. After winning the toss, the home team decided to bowl first. Talking about the playing XI, they haven’t made any changes to the team.

Meanwhile, talking about the game, the three-time finalists’ decision to bowl first hasn’t repaid them much. After losing the wicket of Ruturaj Gaikwad early, the likes of Devon Conway and Ajinkya Rahane provided some momentum to the innings. The latter scored 37 off 20 balls including three fours and two fours.
After his wicket, Shivam Dube and Conway bludgeoned RCB bowlers and scored one fifty each. Both batters got out in the 16th and 17th overs but took the team close to 200 runs. At the time of writing, the Yellow Brigade has reached 200/4 in 18 overs.
