2. Virat Kohli – 3rd Test against South Africa in 2022

During the third Test of the three-match series against South Africa, the Proteas skipper Dean Elgar was adjudged out on an LBW appeal by Ravichandran Ashwin. Elgar reviewed the decision and the DRS showed the ball to be going over the stumps. Virat Kohli was very furious at this and the on-field umpire Marais Erasmus was also surprised.

India’s captain did not shy away from expressing his dissatisfaction and even took a dig at the broadcasters. He said, “Focus on your team as well and not just the opposition, trying to catch people all the time,” suggesting that India were being unfairly targeted.
