Adam Gilchrist made headlines when he played with a squash ball in his glove and scored a hundred in the 2007 World Cup final against Sri Lanka. The Australian wicket-keeper accumulated 52 dismissals in 31 innings. In ODIs, Gilchrist had 472 dismissals which had 417 catches and 55 stumpings. Gilchrist made 9619 runs in ODIs with a strike rate of 96.94. He has 55 fifties and 16 hundred in the 50-over format.
