Clive Lloyd scored arguably the best hundred of the tournament, at the most important stage of the tournament. On the day of the final against Australia, West Indies was in trouble at one point. When Lloyd entered the middle, WI were 50/3 and needed someone to play a blinder. Lloyd did exactly that. The Southpaw scored an aggressive hundred at the Home of cricket and took the attack on the opposition. In his stay in the middle, Lloyd scored 102 runs in 85 balls, which included 12 fours and 2 sixes. With the ball, Lloyd claimed a wicket and helped West Indies to win the final.
