In the match against India, the opener of England scored 137 runs in 147 balls, which took the game away from India completely. In their 60 overs, England scored 334 runs at a run rate of 5.56. India never looked to be in the game. The visiting side just played out the 60 overs of their play and managed to score 132 runs for the loss of 3 wickets. India lost the match by 202 runs.
