Shane Watson is known to be a great All-rounder in limited-overs cricket. The former Australian cricketer was initially a bowler who could bat. In the Australian team, Watson used to bat at number 7 or 8 at the start, as there was basically no place for him in the team. Hence, Watson started to develop his skill sets and worked hard on his batting. Towards the mid-2000s, Watson started to bat in the lower middle order. In the 2007 ODI World Cup, Watson was sensational as a finisher. After the retirement of Gilchrist and Hayden, Watson became one of the primary batters in the Australian lineup. The former World Cup winner has a name for himself in the IPL as well.
